Sarah Febbraro lives and works in Toronto, Canada. Her art practice incorporates performance, video, documentary, installation, community engagement, social practice and drawing. She received her MFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2008 and has exhibited her work in festivals and galleries throughout North America. She often creates and facilitates structured programs for people to participate in, such as talk shows, talent shows, dance classes, walking tours, video portraiture and documentary style interviews. These result in online and public video screenings, installations and performances and aim to blur the boundaries between popular culture, community engagement, art education and contemporary art.
