James Gardner is an artist living and working in Toronto. Recently, James has been making paintings and sculptures, studying art, reading books, and working with the collective VSVSVS. James recently showed Frank in the Xpace window, and with VSVSVS, has been exhibiting projects such as 1-855-IS-IT-ART for Nuit Blanche 2013 and a whole bunch of other stuff.

James was born on February 20th in the year of 1983 in the town of Kitchener Ontario. James studied studio art and art history at the University of Guelph, graduating with honours in 2008.
