An exhibition of five artists exploring contemporary iterations of the readymade through process and repetition.  Each artist approaches the mass-produced object as something to be deconstructed through the production and alteration of multiples.  Appropriation moves beyond simple reiteration as each representation embodies a personal reclamation made by the artist. The works themselves are not intended to critique the institution of art, but rather the manufacturing and iteration of objects themselves; they not only manipulate forms but become permutations of the forms themselves.
