Transforming discarded products of material culture into art objects, Tender Loving Care is an installation that explores maximalism, kitsch and psychedelia through ceramics, found objects, collage, drawing and painting. Offering up a hypothesized vision for the future wherein we treat our objects, memories, people, and landscapes with compassion and care. This exhibition assembles seemingly disparate items and materials in order to create a warm, loving and affectionate environment.

This exhibition was create during Xpace’s annual summer residency for recent OCAD U graduates.
