Spring Cleaning

After a few trips to Lowes and Home Depot (plus a sewing machine in the mail) we’re finally ready to go! We met with Matt today and got the keys to Spark which we immediately began cleaning. Tomorrow our plan is to paint the space as well as set up our studio. Spark Contemporary Art

Our stay so far has been great! We continue to explore syracuse and the surrounding area, collecting art supplies all the while. We’re here! It’s hot! No problems in transit except for a long wait at the border. Glad to have some reese puffs cereal upon arrival. We got settled in yesterday (including the purchase of some amazingly cheap beers) and we began collecting art supplies today. Tomorrow we hope to see the Spark Contemporary Art Space

LUMINATO at OCADU

        HABIT I David Levine (Luminato Artist in Residence) Berlin based artist David Levine, will be presenting Habit, within OCAD University’s Great Hall. The instillation will be up from June 10th-19th, and an artist talk will be taking place at Chapters Festival Hall, 142 John Street, on Tuesday, June 14th at noon.
